What demographic do we serve?

We provide transportation services to all ages, gender, race, and ethnicity. Minors need to be accompanied by a guardian.



What are the eligibility criteria?

Please call us to inquire eligibility criteria for individuals with disability, low-income, and or mobility needs.



How much does it cost to use our transportation services?

Fees and payments will depend on the type of health insurance. Please call us to inquire rates and or if you qualify for free non-emergency medical transportation services.


How do you schedule transportation services?

We encourage to reserve services in advance and you will be assigned a driver to contact you for confirmation the day before the appointment is scheduled. If services are not reserved in advance and you need a ride on the day of an appointment, you can call us to inquire whether we have drivers available to provide transportation services.


What are the driver credentials?

All drivers are required to have a driver's license, accessible vehicle that meets state law standards, safety regulations, and CPR/First Aid Trained.
